1. DESCRIPTIONS & PRODUCT INFORMATION
All products displayed on www.licensedtocharm.com are available only whilst stock last. Every effort has been made to correctly reflect product colours as accurately as possible, however, as each product is hand-made, finishes and colours may vary slightly.
All drawings, photos, descriptive matter and specifications are published for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the products described by them. We will take reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on www.licensedtocharm.com and in print material are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered into the system. Although we aim to keep www.licensedtocharm.com as up to date as possible, the information including product descriptions, may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order.
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website. All products comply with appropriate safety and consumer regulations.
2. PURCHASING PRODUCTS
The prices displayed on this site are quoted in GB Pounds. Prices quoted in GB Pounds include VAT at 20% (UK Tax) and are subject to change if the applicable rate of VAT changes before your order is accepted. All prices are quoted exclusive of postage and packaging, which will be charged at rates specified during the checkout process.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Where there is a delay or likelihood of delay in the supply of products, we will advise you as soon as practical. If the products cannot be delivered within the stipulated time as per your order, we will notify you of the delay and you may either cancel your order or agree a further delivery time with us.
We will confirm acceptance of your order by e-mail. We reserve the right at all times and at our sole discretion to refuse to accept any order.
If you exercise your right to cancel your order but the goods have already been dispatched, please follow our Returns procedure.
3. CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
If you’re unhappy with your purchase we will happily refund or exchange your items within 14 days of receipt of your goods. Items bought through our website are returned at your own expense, unless the item arrived damaged or faulty, and should be unused, in a fully resalable condition with its original packaging. To exercise your right of cancellation you must give written notice to Licensed to Charm via letter or e-mail with full details of your order along with reasons for the cancellation.
Once your return has been received, your refund will be processed and this can take up to 10 working days. If you are unable to arrange a return, we will collect the item from you and will apply an appropriate collection charge. This charge will be same cost as the original delivery charge levied and will be deducted from the refund value when processed. To arrange a collection please contact us on the details below.
Made-to-order or sale items are not returnable or refundable, unless they are found to be faulty.

4. DATA PROTECTION
Licensed to Charm complies by GDPR regulations, all customer and subscriber data has been collected on an opt-in basis where the customer or subscriber agrees to receive marketing communications via email or post from Licensed to Charm.
Customers or subscribers can request the personal information held by Licensed to Charm by emailing email@example.com and can request all data be removed and/or deleted. All newsletter also include an unsubscribe button should they choose to no longer receive marketing communications.
5. ORDERS & PAYMENT
Goods that are bought through our website require full payment immediately.
6. COLLECTIONS & DELIVERY
Licensed to Charm goods are sent out via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
In the event that goods arrive damaged, we require you to inform us immediately with photographic evidence. Doing so has no influence on your rights but will help License To Charm make its own claim against the delivery agent.
We strongly advise you to thoroughly check your goods upon receipt. To protect your interests, any claim concerning short delivery and/or damaged and/or defective goods found on delivery or at a later date must be notified to us within 14 days of receipt of the goods. We do not accept any claims for damage caused by you the customer.
Licensed to Charm reserves the right to charge you for additional costs that may incur due to failed deliveries.

7. DATA PROTECTION & SECURITY
We reserve the right to keep all customer details on Licensed to Charm’s ordering system and a paper copy of your details at our Head Office until we deem it suitable to destroy them. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure all information remains confidential
We encrypt your credit/debit card information to ensure your transactions with us are private and protected. We accept orders only from web browsers that permit communication through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology – this means you cannot inadvertently place an order through an unsecured connection. Most web browsers above version three support this security.
By signing up to our newsletter with your e-mail address you are agreeing to receiving our marketing e-mails. We will not share this data with any 3rd party partners. You can unsubscribe to our emails at any time, by following the link at the bottom of the e-mail.
