1. Descriptions & Product Information
All products displayed on www.licensedtocharm.com are subject to availability and available only while stocks last.
Every effort is made to display product colours, finishes, and details as accurately as possible. As many items are handcrafted, slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur and are considered a normal part of the making process.
All images, photographs, descriptions, drawings, and specifications are provided for illustrative purposes only and are intended to give an approximate representation of the products.
We take reasonable care to ensure that all product details, descriptions, and prices are accurate at the time they are published. However, information may not always reflect the exact position at the moment an order is placed.
Licensed To Charm reserves the right to amend product information, withdraw products, or update website content at any time without prior notice. All products comply with applicable UK safety and consumer regulations.
2. Purchasing Products
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include UK VAT at the applicable rate unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges are not included in product prices and will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
All credit and debit card transactions are subject to validation and authorisation by the card issuer. If payment is refused or not authorised, Licensed To Charm will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver.
Order acceptance occurs once an order confirmation email has been sent. Licensed To Charm reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, stock availability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
If a product cannot be supplied within the estimated timeframe, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and offer the option to cancel your order or agree a revised delivery date.
3. Promotions & Discount Codes
General Promotional Terms
- Promotions are available online at www.licensedtocharm.com only, unless stated otherwise.
- Only one promotion or discount may be used per order unless explicitly stated.
- Promotions cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, bundle deals, or loyalty rewards.
- Promotions do not apply to delivery charges unless stated.
- Discounts are applied proportionately and refunds will reflect the discounted price paid.
- Promotions are not valid on gift cards unless stated.
- Licensed To Charm reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or refuse promotions at any time without prior notice.
Necklace & Earrings – Save 20% Promotion – Terms & Conditions
This promotion is operated by Licensed To Charm and is available exclusively at www.licensedtocharm.com.
Promotion Period
- The Necklace & Earrings Save 20% promotion runs until 30th March 2026, while stocks last.
Offer Details
- Customers will receive 20% off when purchasing one qualifying necklace and one qualifying pair of earrings in a single transaction.
- Both items must be added to the basket for the discount to apply.
- The discount is applied automatically at checkout. No promotional code is required.
Qualifying Products
- The offer applies to selected necklaces and earrings as specified on the promotional landing page. Both items must be from the qualifying product selection.
Exclusions
- The offer does not apply to gift cards.
- The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount code, or offer.
- Discount applies only to full-priced qualifying items unless otherwise stated.
Additional Conditions

Enjoy our 3 for 2 offer on eligible charms and selected bracelets at Licensed To Charm.
Offer details
Add any 3 eligible items from the 3 for 2 collection to your bag and the lowest-priced eligible item will be free.
Offer period
Our 3 for 2 Charms & Selected Bracelets offer is available from 23 March 2026 until 11:59pm BST on 13 April 2026.
Eligibility
The offer applies only to products included in our 3 for 2 Charms & Bracelets collection. Items outside this collection are not included in the promotion.
How it works
The discount is applied automatically at cart or checkout when 3 eligible items are added to your bag. No discount code is needed.
Repeating offer
The offer repeats automatically in multiples of 3 eligible items. For example:
- Buy 3 eligible items, get 1 free
- Buy 6 eligible items, get 2 free
- Buy 9 eligible items, get 3 free
The free item will always be the lowest-priced eligible item within each qualifying group.
Exclusions
This offer applies only to selected charms and selected bracelets. It does not apply to non-eligible products, gift cards, gift wrap, shipping, or any other items not included in the 3 for 2 collection.
Discount combinations
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other product discounts or promotional codes unless otherwise stated.
Returns
If you return items purchased as part of the 3 for 2 promotion, your refund will be adjusted to reflect the offer applied. If returning part of a qualifying set means the order no longer meets the promotion criteria, the value of the free item or promotional discount may be deducted from the refund.
Availability
The offer is subject to availability while eligible stocks last.
Changes and withdrawal
Licensed To Charm reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without notice.
4. Cancellations & Returns
Returns Window
Items may be returned within 28 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unused, and in their original resaleable condition with original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, earrings and jewellery sets containing earrings cannot be returned unless faulty or not as described.
How to Return an Order
- Email help@licensedtocharm.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will confirm the return address and next steps.
- Items must be authorised and returned before any refund, replacement, or exchange can be processed.
We recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 24 hours of receiving and inspecting returned items.
Where statutory cancellation rights apply (UK/EU), standard outbound delivery costs will be refunded. Premium delivery upgrades are non-refundable.
Change-of-Mind Returns
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. This includes cases where:
- Customs duties or import taxes are unpaid
- An incorrect delivery address was provided at checkout
- A parcel was not collected from a carrier depot or pickup point
Any carrier-imposed return fees or customs handling charges may be deducted from refunds where documented and proportionate.
5. Delivery, Fulfilment & Risk Transfer
Orders are considered successfully fulfilled once the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.
Responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer once delivery is confirmed by the carrier. Licensed To Charm cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, or non-receipt after delivery has been marked as completed.
Deliveries made to mailboxes, porches, concierge desks, communal areas, or other non-secure locations are made at the customer’s risk once marked as delivered.
For international deliveries, signature confirmation may not be available depending on the destination country’s postal service. By placing an order, the customer accepts this delivery method.
If an order appears delayed or not received, customers must contact us first so we can investigate with the carrier before raising a chargeback or payment dispute.
6. Faulty or Misdescribed Items
If your jewellery is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
To help us assess the issue quickly, customers must email help@licensedtocharm.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photographic evidence showing the fault, damage, or discrepancy
All faulty item claims are subject to inspection:
- The item must be returned to us for inspection before a refund or replacement can be issued
- Return postage for confirmed faults will be reimbursed upon receipt of the returned item and valid proof of postage
- Refunds or replacements will only be issued once the item has been received and assessed
- Refunds cannot be processed without the item being returned, unless explicitly agreed in writing
7. Orders & Payment
All orders must be paid for in full at the time of purchase. Licensed To Charm reserves the right to cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity.
8. Delivery Claims & Inspection
Customers are advised to inspect items promptly upon receipt.
Any claim relating to missing items, damage, or defects must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Claims reported outside this timeframe may not be accepted.
9. Data Protection & Privacy
Licensed To Charm complies with UK GDPR and applicable data protection legislation.
Customer data is collected on an opt-in basis and used only for order processing and marketing communications where consent has been given.
Customers may request access to or deletion of their personal data by contacting help@licensedtocharm.com.
10. Security
All payment transactions are encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Licensed To Charm does not store full payment card details.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
