The product page does include images showing the necklace sizes together for comparison, and the dimensions are also listed in the product description and product details to help customers choose the right size before ordering.
This set was purchased in the Mini Head option, which is designed to be a very small, delicate piece of jewellery. We completely understand that sizing can feel different in person, so we’re also going to look at adding the dimensions directly onto the product images to make the size comparison even clearer for customers going forward.

This piece is absolutely stunning. Only thing I would change is the length of the necklace and in future I'll probably buy the bigger pendant but besides that I absolutely love this pendant. The attention to detail is beautiful ❤️

The charm is a lot smaller than I thought it would be even though I ordered the medium. I really didn't like the tangled chain when it arrived. Again, it took so long to untangle and felt like the integrity of the chain was lessened due to the untangling process. It was incredibly frustrating.

Love the necklace. I really only disliked how tangled the chain came. It took me a long time to untangle and I felt I would break the chain. If it does break eventually, it is mostly likely because of the untangling process
