Returns Policy

We hope you love your jewellery. If something isn’t quite right, returns are simple and straightforward.

Returns window

You may return items within 28 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unworn, undamaged, and in their original, resaleable condition.

For hygiene reasons, earrings and jewellery sets containing earrings cannot be returned, unless they are faulty or not as described.

How to return your order

  1. Email help@licensedtocharm.com with your name, order number, contact details, and reason for return.
  2. We’ll confirm the return address and next steps.
  3. Please keep proof of postage — we recommend using a tracked service.

Items must be returned to us before a refund or replacement can be processed.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 24 hours of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • If you are in the UK or EU and return your order under your statutory right to cancel (within 14 days of receipt), we’ll also refund the original standard delivery charge.
  • If a premium delivery option was selected, only the equivalent standard delivery cost will be refunded.

Change-of-mind returns

If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, return postage costs are your responsibility.

This also applies if:

  • Customs duties or import taxes were not paid
  • An incorrect delivery address was provided at checkout
  • The parcel was not collected from a carrier depot or pickup point

In these cases, any carrier-imposed return fees or customs handling charges may be deducted from your refund, where documented and proportionate.

Faulty or misdescribed items

If your jewellery is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • The item must be returned for inspection
  • We will cover return postage and the original delivery charge
  • Refunds or replacements are issued once the item is received
  • Refunds cannot be processed for faulty or damaged claims without the item being returned.

Gift cards

Gift cards are non-refundable, whether partially or fully used.
