You may return items within 28 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are in original, resaleable condition (unworn, undamaged). Earrings are not eligible to be returned as detailed below.
To initiate a return, email help@licensedtocharm.com with your name, order number, contact details, and reason for return. We will provide the return address.
If you are a consumer based in the European Union and wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you can submit your request using our EU Withdrawal Form. The form will ask for your name, order number and email address so that we can identify your order and review your request.
Submitting a withdrawal request does not automatically confirm that your item is eligible for return or refund. Each request will be reviewed in line with applicable consumer law and this returns policy.
Proof of postage must be obtained when returning items. We recommend using a tracked service to avoid difficulties.
Refunds will be processed within 24 hours of receiving your return.
If you are in the UK or EU, original delivery charges will be refunded for all returns made under your statutory right to cancel, within 14 days of receipt, unless you selected a premium delivery option, in which case the standard delivery charge will be refunded.
For all change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return postage costs. This includes returns resulting from:
- Non-payment of customs duties or import taxes
- Incorrect delivery address provided at checkout
- Failure to collect the parcel from a designated pickup point or carrier depot
In such cases, any carrier-imposed return fees or customs handling charges may be deducted from the refund, provided these costs are documented and proportionate.
For faulty, misdescribed, or unfit-for-purpose items, we will refund both the original delivery charge and return postage.
Pierced earrings and jewellery sets containing pierced earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty or not as described.
Gift cards are non-refundable, whether partially or fully used.
Please note that certain product exemptions may apply under applicable consumer law. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
