Please note that submitting this form does not automatically mean your item is eligible for return or refund. Our team will review your request in line with applicable consumer law and our returns policy.

Some items may be excluded from the right of withdrawal, including goods that are made to order, personalised, customised, or sealed items that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
