UK Royal Mail Delivery:

• Standard Tracked 48: FREE on orders over £60, £3.99 for orders under £60. Delivered in 2-3 working days.
• Express Tracked 24: £4.99 for all orders. Delivered in 1-2 working days.
• Our charms are handmade; we despatch orders as quickly as possible in the order that they are received, but during peak periods, please allow 2-3 days for your order to ship before contacting us.

Recommended Christmas Delivery Dates for UK Orders:

• Standard Delivery: Place your order by 20th December, 3 PM for the best chance of pre-Christmas delivery.
• Express Tracked 24: For last-minute orders, place your order by 21st December, 3 PM. Please note that orders placed after these dates may not arrive in time for Christmas.

International Delivery:

• USA: FREE on orders over $150, £9.99 for orders under $150.
• EU & International: £9.99 - £19.99 depending on location, with delivery in 5-15 working days.

Returns Policy:

• Return items within 28 days in original condition for a refund or exchange (excludes earrings for hygiene reasons).
• Returns are at your own expense, and shipping charges are non-refundable.
