The combination of greatly increased uptake of online Christmas shopping, in no small part driven by the recent lockdown, and the ongoing COVID restrictions mean that all delivery companies are experiencing exceptionally high volumes this year.

Any orders placed on Tuesday 22nd December or after will be dispatched on Tuesday 29th December.
Any orders placed on Thursday 31st December will be dispatched on Monday 4th January.
Christmas Returns Policy
Items purchased between Thursday 19th November 2020 and Thursday 21st December 2020, can be returned until Friday 15th January 2021. Any purchases made after the 21st December 2020, the standard 14-day refund/returns policy applies.
- Items must be in resaleable condition, e.g. tags still attached & with proof of purchase.
- You will receive a full refund for any items returned, but we will not refund any shipping charges paid to deliver these items.
